Arcady started more than 2 decades ago as a Legal Advisor of a niche international law Firm before becoming in 2000 a founding member and member of the Executive Committee of the successful Group ProCapital – Fortuneo France & Belgium (2000-2008). From its creation to 2008, Fortuneo-ProCapital grew to more than $ 20B retail customers assets, and over 40B$ Assets under custody with more than 40 institutional clients. After its exit, Arcady moved then to New York where he worked as an independent strategy consultant in the banking and financial sectors for European clients and mostly as a Senior Advisor to large EU Private Equity Firm managing over $3B assets. Arcady founded and launched Agora Services in 2018 who powers Banks, Credit Unions and Fintech through its next gen modular banking platform.
